Luck is also an important key in semi bluffing. Because in semi bluffing you probably have 8-12 cards, so you have to wait for the right cards that you need and if you got lucky, you are surely to win a pot.

However, until you do not have the right cards in your hands, you got nothing. And your opponents are not dumb to figure it out and will definitely take an advantage on this situation, and put tons of pressure on you that might be the cause for you to lose from winning the pot.

By mastering, the art of bluffing in poker game can almost guarantee you success of winning a pot. However, you have to remember that too much bluffing might get you in a major mess. Instead of winning a pot, you might go home beaten.

If your not certain to make a bluff then don't. You have to keep in mind that when bluffing, it has to be a good one and more importantly, it does make sense. The more convincing your bluff is the more chance for you to win a pot.
